Savi Solutions, Inc. is a prime contractor under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC). Seaport-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the Military Sealift Command and the United States Marine Corps are eligible to use SeaPort-e to procure IT services.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM:
Savi Solution’s primary objective is to be a strategic partner and maintain high customer satisfaction levels and long term relationships by having a collaborative approach to managing projects and incorporating robust quality assurance programs.
As part of our approach, Savi Solutions will assign a dedicated Program Manager who will work with the client leadership team to ensure successful project deliveries. Our Project Managers will have significant experience in managing large projects and will provide a status report to the Program Manager on a weekly basis. The Program Manager will review the status across the different projects with the client leadership team to ensure projects are delivered as per expectation.
Savi Solutions will leverage industry best practices like PMBOK Guide and Standards for Project, Program and Portfolio Management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for Service Support and Service Delivery and Agile Project Management (Scrum) for Project Delivery.
Savi Solutions will customize and tailor our Quality Assurance plan for individual Task Orders. The key components of Quality Assurance will be periodic review of Program and Project Plans with Stakeholders, detailed documentation of Quality Control and Management Plan and setting up mechanisms for Quality Measurement, Reporting and Continuous Improvement.
